Nothing Lasts Forever

In this series 'Nothing Lasts Forever', I assemble and photograph things that I have found, creating temporary sculptures and new photographic objects.

When I walk in nature, I am drawn to collecting small fragments that I find on the ground, such as leaves, petals, seeds and stones. This process of walking and collecting is meditative, and I find it grounding, connecting me to memories past and present.

In creating these images, I reflect on the fragility of nature and memory.
